    Do you have a self care routine?
    Discussion 
    I've had questions pouring in from a few who need support with the very basics of creating a self care routine that encompasses more of themselves. Some were still realizing that caring for our physical body and providing ourselves with much needed pain medication or treatments were essential for self care. It got me thinking about my definition of self care....which is reminding me that everyone has their own definition of self care ♡ So let's share: What is self care to you?
